Americas Next Top Model Eva Pigford usually has it on and poppin when it comes to her style and choice of clothing but last week Eva arrived in this ridiculous outfit at the unveiling of Rapper Hazel-E at Smash in Hollywood. I don't know about y'all but I think Eva needs to be arrested by the fashion police next time she's caught out in public with an outfit like this! Lol
